Kentucky Honky Tonk Heroes Shot Glasses By David Kring!

by Kentucky For Kentucky |

Hey y’all! This Friday we’re excited to launch a line of hand crafted bourbon shot glasses in celebration of a few of Kentucky’s finest bluegrass and country musicians.  Kentucky ceramist, David Kring, has given us the chance to celebrate the lovely men and women of Kentucky music while ALSO celebrating our love of bourbon.  These hand made porcelain shot glasses pay tribute to four honky tonk heroes, born and bred in our kick-ass commonwealth! Say hello to your new drinking buddies, Bill Monroe, Tom T. Hall, Skeeter Davis and Loretta Lynn!  And as if these kick-ass shot glasses aren’t enough, Amie Rae Designs has produced the perfect compliment to these country music legends.  These handmade Kentucky-made “drunk.” tasting staves add a little organization to your recreation; made from Kentucky bourbon barrels! So line up your country singers and take ’em one at a time.  Even share if you’re feeling generous! Shot glasses and tasting staves will be up for sale on our website on Friday, June 19th at 10AM! Like all good bourbon, these kick-ass shot glasses and tasting staves were handcrafted by proud Kentuckians right here in good ol’ Kentucky.

Bill Monroe, the father of bluegrass.

Tom T. Hall, a country singer-songwriter legend.

Skeeter Davis, the famed female pop-country singer.

And of course Loretta Lynn, the multiple gold album country music singer-songwriter.
