Kentucky’s bourbon business is booming right now. Distilleries can’t keep up with the demand. The Kentucky Bourbon Trail was recently number one on USA Today‘s list of ’10 Amazing North American Road Trips’. National Geographic Traveler magazine also recently named Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail as one of its best spring trips for 2013. To top all of that off, there are currently more barrels of bourbon aging in Kentucky than there are people. That’s amazing and kicks ass!
We wanted to try a new spin on our famous ‘In Kentucky, There Are More Barrels Of Bourbon Than There Are People’ prints and t-shirts. We commissioned our buddy Robert Ronk at Hound Dog Press in Louisville to create a kick ass print celebrating this phrase. The result is this amazing new print that will go on sale this week at the Forecastle Festival and online (Friday at 10:30am). Limited to 350 first edition prints, signed and numbered by Robert. The prints are 13X18 linocut, printed on 100lb French Co. Kraft paper, 2 color reduction print… metallic silver and gold.
More proof that Kentucky sure does kick ass!
