by Kentucky For Kentucky |

Kentucky’s Red River Gorge is epic! So epic, Southern Living Magazine recently named it one of the ‘Seven Wonders Of The South.’ So what makes the ‘Gorge’ so wondrous? First off, it’s absolutely gorgeous year round. Located in the beautiful Daniel Boone National Forest, it’s designated as a National Natural Landmark and National Archaeological District. It’s also listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Gorge not only offers some of the best rock climbing in the world, but there are also over 60 miles of trails for amazing hiking and camping. The Red River Gorge is home to the highest concentration of sandstone arches east of the Mississippi (over 100!). And to top it all off, Miguel’s Pizza, one of the best pizza joints in the world, can be found there. If you haven’t been to Kentucky’s Red River Gorge, you need to get your ass there asap.

For those of you that love the Red River Gorge as much as we do, you’re in luck!
